Land Cruiser transfer case regear & rebuild

I rebuilt & re-geared the transfer case in my 1997 Land Cruiser.  Even with 263k miles on it the bearings that came out looked pristine.  Re-geared to get a much better low range for offroading as well as an improved high range that puts the engine RPM back where it was before the big tires.

I had to machine away part of the inside of the case to fit the physically larger new low range gear.

Here you have from left to right - St. Helens, Rainier, Adams & Hood.

Mt. Hood is the closest from here.

Turning to face Southeast you see Mt. Jefferson.

And then even a bit more South / Southeast is Mt. Washington (visible between the two trees in left side of frame) and some unknown peaks (between tree in middle and trees on right of frame).
